We stock both! We have a dedicated "New" category featuring brand-new footwear, alongside our "Curated/Thrift" selection of carefully inspected, sanitized, and restored premium secondhand shoes. The condition of each shoe is clearly marked on its product detail page.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery costs depend on your location. Within Nairobi, delivery is KES 200. For other counties, delivery ranges from KES 250 to KES 600 depending on distance. However, we offer FREE delivery nationwide on all orders above KES 3,000!
How long does shipping take?
Orders within Nairobi are delivered within 24 hours. For Kiambu and Machakos, delivery takes 1-2 days. For all other counties in Kenya, shipping takes 2 to 5 business days depending on the courier schedule.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept M-Pesa STK Push payment and credit/debit card payments via Flutterwave Inline checkout. All payments are secured. We do not support Cash on Delivery (COD) to keep our operations and courier partners safe.
Can I return shoes if they don't fit?
Yes! We offer a flexible returns policy. If a shoe doesn't fit, you can return it within 48 hours of delivery for an exchange or store credit, provided the shoes are in their original condition and have not been worn outside. Please see our full Returns Policy for detailed instructions.
How do I determine my correct shoe size?
Since sizing standards vary between brands and regions (EU, UK, US), we list the EU, UK, and US sizing for every product. We recommend checking our Size Guide page which includes length measurements in centimeters.
